Returns & Refund Policy

REFUND FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

If your house number sign arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@giftdreamco.com. We will issue you a full refund or send you a new one based on your choice without any additional charges. We may require photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if the item you receive is nothing like what you saw on our website, you have 30 days after you receive the item to request a return.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN & REFUND

To start a return, you must contact us at support@giftdreamco.com, to ensure the proper processing of your refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. After shipping it back, you must email us the tracking information on any return shipments, without your tracking information, our warehouse won't be able to process your returned parcel, hence unable to issue a refund.

Again, we are happy to process your returna nd refund, however if you return items without contacting us beforehand and informing us the tracking number after shipping, it will be difficult for us to identify the items, which can result in a longer processing time for your refund or even nullify it altogether.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. To qualify for a refund, you must return all the items in your order in their original packaging. This includes: the house number sign, solar pane with LED light, mounting hardware, the receipt or proof of purchase and any accessories in their original shipping box.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (About 1-2 workdays)

Please note that if you ship unwanted items to an incorrect address without contacting us for return information, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those items.

We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders past 30 days of delivery.

ORDER CHANGE/CANCELATION

Customized products are custom made-to-order and belong to you only and cannot be resold to other users. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours to request a cancellation or any modification. We are not able to cancel or change your order once production of you order has begun.
